Description:

This is a slim external USB 2.0 Dual Layer Superdrive for Mac Laptops. This drive connects via a USB cable to your Mac laptop to burn CDs & DVDs. The drive reads DVDs (8x) and CDS, burns CDs (16x or 4x rewrite), and burns DVDs (8x). This drive will work on any Mac desktop with a USB port. Laptops may require two USB ports to operate. The drive comes with a USB cable with a y-split. Additional cabling may be required on older laptops depending on the layout of USB ports. No drivers necessary, works out of the box with iTunes and Disc Burner.

The best part of this drive is the size and portability. This is a slim drive which weighs in at under 1 lb and has a height under 1"! The dimensions are 6.5" x 5.25" x .75".
