Are the videos still available? I get an error message 'No compatible source was found for this video'.

Many thanks for these videos! I think my graphic card is dead (nVidia 8800GS...). At the beginning, there were vertical grey bars on the screen, and now my iMac does not start at all, it "clongs" repetivly, and the screen stays black. Your tutorial will help me to replace my card!

@Alessandro - It'd be hard to say without running some tests, but it is probably the video card becoming overheated. It may need to be reflowed or replaced.

My 24'' IMAC works well about 10 minutes then display becomes black; only sound still can be heard. Would you tell me what the problem is. Thanks.

I have an IMac A1225 Core 2 duo with a 320 GB (7200 RPM) Serial ATA hard drive. I can not find a web site that tells me if I can put a higher hard drive in it? My hard drive toasted on me. Any help would be so appreciated.

I removed the stand but the attach bracket snapped back into the computer. How can you withdraw the bracket when the stand is not attached?

@AN DANG - It'd be hard to say without seeing it in the shop, but it may be an issue with the video chipset overheating.
