You have several different methods you can choose from to get your unit to us. Below, each option is explained.
The UPS Store® Drop Off Options
With these options, you drop your unit off at any The UPS Store ® Location. Just take your machine and our work order with you, and they'll pack up your unit and send it directly to us.
The UPS Store® Drop Off with Ground Shipping ($25). The UPS Store ® Drop Off with Next Day Air Shipping ($75)
We Ship You a Box Options
After scheduling the repair, we will ship you a box via the shipping method you choose. Once you receive the box, you put your laptop in the box and ship it back to us with the label we provide. Once the repair is complete we ship the unit back via the shipping method you selected.
We ship you a box with 3 way Ground Shipping ($35) We ship you a box with 3 way Overnight Shipping ($85)
Self-Ship Options
With these options, you ship your unit to us with your box and any shipping method you choose. Once the repair is complete, we will ship your unit back to you. This option is faster than the "we ship you a box method" as you do not have to wait for a box to arrive at your location. The Free Diagnosis service can not be combined with this option. If you get a free diagnosis and choose not to have the unit repaired, you will be charged a $25 fee to ship the unit back to you.

From beginning to end, we've made the process of sending your laptop in for repair or ugprade as easy as could be. The first step in the process is to request a quote on repairing or upgrading your machine. After requesting a quote, one of our technicians will respond with a quote on your job. You'll receive a reply to your quote within a few hours in most cases, except after hours and on weekends. If you haven't received a quote back within 24 hours, please check your Spam filter or call 1-866-726-3342 for a quote by phone.
After you've received a quote from a technician, the next step is to schedule your machine for repair. To do this, simply go to our schedule page, enter your contact information and the repair options you would like, and click the schedule a repair button. After clicking the button, you'll receive complete instructions on sending your unit in both on screen and via email. After we've received your unit, you can check the status of your repair online or by calling 1-866-726-3342. Once we receive your unit, our technicians will contact you with a diagnosis of the issue you are experiencing and ask for the approval to go ahead with the repair. They will also confirm your payment and shipping information. Once the repair is complete your unit will ship back to you using the shipping method you chose when scheduling your repair.
