So you sent in your repair…now what?

April 24th, 2019

Are you wondering our process after you send off your beloved machine to us? Let’s break it down.

First off, we have multiple shipping options. You can choose which is best for you! Depending on which one you chose and where you live we will usually get it in 1-5 business days (of course, international shipping can take much longer).

Once it arrives at our facility, we log it in to our system. This sends you an automatic email saying we received it and it has been added to the repairs queue. The machine will be looked at in the order it arrived, unless it’s an RMA, these get pushed up to the top. Usually we will look at and diagnosis your machine within 1-3 business days. Our highly trained techs carefully look over the machine, document anything they see wrong with it, and diagnose the problem.

At this point, we write up a quote for you and wait for you either to confirm or reject the suggested repairs. Remember, we offer free diagnosis, so if you decide you would rather not proceed with the repair, we will ship it back to you and all you are responsible for is the cost of shipping. Not a bad deal!

If you decide to proceed with the repair, we will get started as soon as we get your email confirmation to go ahead. Depending on part availability and volume of repairs we have in shop it could take 4-5 business days to complete your repair. Once we complete your repair, we run it through a series of tests to make sure everything is running smoothly. We then email you again telling you we have finished the repair and asking for your payment method. After we receive payment, we get the machine packed up and sent back with your choice of shipping methods.

Our goal is to make this process as painless as possible. We understand you are students, business owners, busy professionals, and people who just love their machines. We get it! Feel free at any point to email us with any questions you might have and thank you for trusting us with your business!
