How to Open the iPad 3 (3rd Generation) – A Take Apart

This morning we received our iPad 3. Shortly thereafter we did what we do best. We opened it up. The video is embedded below. The most notable difference between the iPad 2 and the iPad 3 is the strength and amount of adhesive used to adhere the digitizer to the case. To remove the glass will likely require a heat gun and suction cups in most cases.

Super video, always wanted to know how to open my ipad 3, and not I know! What did I learn? Easy, under no circumstances try it yourself, leave any repair to the experts instead. Thank you for a very informative video.
