- This is a external USB 2.0 Enclosure for a 3.5" SATA Hard Drive. You can use this enclosure with any 3.5" SATA drive such as those in the Mac Pro and newer iMac models, or with a 3.5" drive.
Once a drive is installed in the enclosure, the enclosure will work with any Mac with a USB port.
