Keyboard Keys Not Working Repair on Macbook Pro A1278

December 20th, 2018

In this video we show you how to repair an issue where a row of keys on a top case is not working on an A1278 13″ Macbook. In most cases a replacement top case will fix the issue, but in this case the issue is due to a faulty keyboard connector. This video shows you how to replace that connector. The board we work on in this video is an 820-3115.

If you aren’t up for the repair yourself, we do have a send-in logic board repair service. Click this link to schedule a Macbook Logic Board Repair.
