 Post subject: DEAD after PMU reset?

I just reset the PMU properly and now I get a circle with a line thru it! won't access CD or Drive.
New daughtercard (works), 20 gig hd, 500+ ram (was working) wouldn't charge the battery that was working a few days ago before OS 10.3.5 upgrade.
Pram reset also.
HELP!
