lombard keyboard problems

has anyone else experienced isues with the shift - ctrl - option and command keys stoping working. this happened once before but the fault righted itself after a i stripped the machine down to put in a new sound board. only the four keys mentioned do not work - evertying else does i can use caps loack for capitols but cannot easily access all characters - is this a case of a loos connection or a faulty keyboard - i am running osx 10.3.4

any suggestions

This is most likely a keyboard issue, and you need to replace your keyboard to fix it. We sell replacement keyboards at the link below:
