Post subject: | Lombard Battery Question ... |
I just bought a replacement battery for my Lombard. My old battery only held a charge for about 45 minutes, but when charging the battery icon on the top screen menu bar had the lightning bolt and would show how many minutes were left in the charge. I received my new battery today and while the battery seems to be fully charged (all four lights go on on the left side of my Lombard when pressing the battery charging-level-indicator light), the battery icon on the top screen menu has an X through it. Please advise. Godspeed. Gregg gregg.lamm@gmail.com |

Did you purchase this battery from us? It sounds like you've got a defective battery as the battery should not have an X through it. That X indicates the Lombard does not recognize the battery in the machine. -Bradley PowerbookMedic |
