Lombard 333 w/10.3.4- startup halts when the grey screen with the spinning circle appears- just keeps spinning & that's where it stays- HD grinds for a little while, then stops. Tried booting from CD (Panther & OS9), same problem. Got it to start boot from OS9 partition, but froze after loading the first extension (E-Net).
After looking at some of these threads, looks like it's the processor/daughtercard? If that's the case, I'm done with this PB- I've spent many $$ upgrading, replacing (AC adapter, power board, etc,)- unless the processor replacement is DIRT CHEAP...
Thanks for any help...

Additional info- when booting from Panther Install CD, get lines of code on screen- last line says "panic- we are hanging here".
Other lines-
"proceeding back via exception chain"
"no Debugger configured- dumping debug information"
Hope this helps...
I'm ready to take out the drive & RAM & throw in trash or sell on eBay for parts...
