 Post subject: Cyan Stripe in Display

I was taking the display apart on my Aluminum 15" G4.

When I put it back together, I now have a opaque cyan stripe about 2" wide running down the middle of my display.....It doesn't show up in a screen shot.....Any ideas.....?

I'd check to make sure the dispaly cable isn't pinched somewhere, but most of the time a single stripe is an issue with the LCD itself.

Thanks...The stripe is approx 2 inches wide. I'm trying a new cable

Let us know how it goes. If you ordered the cable from us and it doesn't solve the issue, remember you can return it and order the LCD within 60 days, and no restocking fee will be charged.
