Shipping Information

You have several different methods you can choose from to get your unit to us. Below, each option is explained. Self-Ship Options I'll ship you my unit with FREE Return Shipping ($0). With this option, you ship your unit to us with your box and any shipping method you choose. Once the repair is complete, we will ship your unit back to you free of charge via UPS Ground. This option is faster than the "we ship you a box method" as you do not have to wait for a box to arrive at your location. The Free Diagnosis service can not be combined with this option. If you get a free diagnosis and choose not to have the unit repaired, you will be charged a $15 fee to ship the unit back to you. I'll ship you my unit and pay for Overnight Return ($35). With this option, you ship your unit to us with your box and any shipping method you choose. Once the repair is complete, we will ship your unit back to you via UPS Next Day Air. You pay only $35 for the Overnight delivery fee. This is the fastest repair option as you can overnight us your unit without having to wait for a box to arrive at your location. We Ship You a Box Options We ship you a box with 3 way Ground Shipping ($15) After scheduling the repair, we will ship you a box via UPS Ground. (UPS Ground delivery can take 3-5 days.) Once you receive the box, you put your laptop in the box and ship it back to us with the label we provide. Once the repair is complete we ship the unit back via UPS Ground. Shipping each direction can take 3-5 days with the Ground method. This option is $15. If you do not send in the machine after having a box shipped, you will be charged $25. This fee will go towards your repair if you do eventually send it in. Return Overnight ($75) We ship you a box Overnight. After scheduling the repair, we will ship you a box via UPS Next Day Air. Once you receive the box, you put your laptop in the box and ship it back to us with the Overnight label we provide. Once the repair is complete we ship the unit back via UPS Next Day Air. You pay $75 for this shipping option. If you do not send in the machine after having a box shipped, you will be charged $45. This fee will go towards your repair if you do eventually send it in.
