How It Works

From beginning to end, we've made the process of sending your laptop in for repair or ugprade as easy as could be. The first step in the process is to request a quote on repairing or upgrading your machine. After requesting a quote, one of our technicians will respond with a quote on your job. You'll receive a reply to your quote within a few hours in most cases, except after hours and on weekends. If you haven't received a quote back within 24 hours, please check your Spam filter or call 1-866-726-3342 for a quote by phone.
After you've received a quote from a technician, the next step is to schedule your machine for repair. To do this, simply go to our schedule page, enter your contact information and the repair options you would like, and click the schedule a repair button. After clicking the button, you'll receive complete instructions on sending your unit in both on screen and via email. After we've received your unit, you can check the status of your repair online or by calling 1-866-726-3342. Once we receive your unit, our technicians will contact you with a diagnosis of the issue you are experiencing and ask for the approval to go ahead with the repair. They will also confirm your payment and shipping information. Once the repair is complete your unit will ship back to you using the shipping method you chose when scheduling your repair.
