With this option, you send just your logic board in for repair, not your complete unit. This repair option is not advised for devices with severe liquid damage. ****

Complete Unit Repair

With this option, you send in your complete unit for us to remove your logic board, repair it, and reinstall. Issues with other parts will be an extra charge.

*By sending in your logic board, you agree that the board you are sending is defective and not some other component. All boards sent in that are able to be repaired will be charged the logic board labor fee which includes a board reflow and cleaning.

*** International Repairs: Due to international shipping policy changes, logic board repairs from International customers will be charged an additional $50 fee due to customs brokerage.

**** Remove all additional parts from the logic boards such as speakers, cables, and memory chips if you decide to send the logic board by itself. We do not guarantee those will be returned to you if they are included in the shipment. If your device has severe liquid damage, it is advised to send in the Complete Unit to check for other possible issues. We are not responsible for any parts other than the logic board with our Logic Board Only repair service.
