I plug my psp 3006 into a wrong power supply charger about 19.5 volts. I think the power fuse was cut off, do you have any circuit diagram of psp 3006.

My unit model is 3004 and the trouble starts when my console directional pad gets busted, since I have some spare parts that came from my previous unit wih much erlier model, what happened is that when I try to use my spare directional pad cable ribbon that came from a much later model specifically psp 2001 slim the 3004 LCD screen goes black while theres still sound and power light indicator lits green in its color. Since the symptoms tells that the problem were the backlight fuse I would like to know if there's other component or parts that also opened. Can they please tell if there is and also its location including the backlight fuse for my model 3004. I hope they can help me, I will really appreciate if they could. Anyway thanks.

@darlene - you should be able to use your PSP manual to figure this out. It should also be fairly easy to find in the interface.

@mark - I would go in and reseat the LCD cable and make sure it isn't getting pinched somewhere first. Other than that, we'd really have to see it to be sure.
