 I was exploring on line for some information since yesterday night and I at long last found this! This is a excellent website by the way, but it is a little difficult to read from my smart phone.

 @narender - we don't really troubleshoot issues like that on here. You can submit a quote request to our repairs department if you think it is a hardware issue. If you believe it is software, I would first try doing a factory reset and then consulting blackberry support.
