I have a macbook 13" mid 2010 whit the following behaviour:
Sometimes it starts OK Sometimes all i get is the Fan running full speed, without startup.
behaviour looks complete random.

That is typically not an issue that is random. It is usually because of a temp sensor reporting invalid values to the logic board. This can be an issue with the sensors or the connectors on the logic board.

Had that as well, usually something with your logic board might be broken, some connection. IT would have costs me a few houndred dollars to repair the macbook (there were some other damages as well), thus I just bought a new one. Good luck with your problem though.

I'm honestly not sure what would cause random behavior like that as that issue is usually a constant problem. You may want to send it off to us to have our techs look at it.
