Anyone be able to remove shield & gasket on the back display panel? I tried desoldering & hot hair nozzle but no luck. It would be useful if powerbookmedic show how to remove the shield & gasket so customer could see what components inside.

Are you talking about just opening up the iPad or are you talking about taking apart the LCD?
Our video should show opening the iPad, but the LCD is sold together and doesn't need to be taken apart.
