on my keyboard there are small suction cups or nubs that are glued on to the keyboard under the key caps. It has a blue colored glue. I am replacing one of the key caps and this suction cup came loose. How do I reattach it? Is there a special glue?

You can just use superglue but this is just a temporary solution. The only way to permanently fix it is to replace the entire keyboard.
