I seem to have a logic board issue with my 12" G4 powerbook. Battery charges, but there is no startup chime and no video.
Are these logic boards interchangable (i.e. swap a 1.0 Mhz for a 1.33 Mhz or any other combination)?

There are several different revisions and many are not interchangeable. The 1.33GHz and 1.5GHz really only work with themselves. And the 867MHz came in both VGA and DVI models so those aren't swappable.
