Replaced the unibody to repair a power button problem which appears to be resolved. Unfortunately the track pad not working and I'm not sure which cable or cables to check.

Pretty much just verify all the cables from the top case are connected properly to the logic board. There should be one of the power button, trackpad, and the keyboard. The trackpad one is usually orange.
