Hello,
I have a powerbook. When I power it, I get a blue/gray screen with the following icons. Left has a half circular arrow. Middle a Mac Hard Disk, and the right has an arrow. Clicking on the arrow boots the laptop normally. I have tried resetting my PRAM etc, but everytime I boot up, I get this screen. Any suggestions ? Nothing seems to work.

If I boot the laptop with the 'C' key held down, it boots fine.

That is the option boot menu. Unless your option button is stuck down, try booting up with Apple-Option-o-f to go into Open Firmware then type in the following
reset-nvram set-defaults reset-all
The machine should then reboot itself and it should be fixed.
