I removed the dc-in board and i notice there was something moving around inside the hole that you insert the adapter into. It looks like a tip from a previous adapter...how do i get it out? Could that be why the computer doesn't turn on nor charge at all. There isn't even a light that comes on!

Most likely. You can sometimes get it out with some superglue on the end of a paper clip, but usually it will require replacing the DC-IN Board.
We do sell them on our site.
