I have a Tangerine iBook clamshell. The display was getting red colored and weak and I replaced the CCFL. Once I got the parts together right it works great and has been for a while. Sometimes now, it will start up without the back light. I'm pretty sure that there is no problem with the CCFL since sometimes it works fine. Do I need to replace the inverter? How can I tell if it's bad? Thanks
