on my 15" PB, the sleep light either remains on or flickers intermittently whilst the PB is up & running, any ideas? PB performance doesn't seem to be affecetd.

That's an odd issue. The first thing I'd try is a replacement sleep light to make sure it just isn't a problem with that. If that is not the problem. The issue is likely with your logic board. However if it doesn't affect anything and your unit is sleeping properly, then I wouldn't worry about it.
