Post subject: lombard keyboard back row is dead "qwertyuiop" don

This is odd, my sons lombard was working fine osx, and gradually the back row of keys went out: "qwertyuiop". First a few, then the "p" is also now gone. Everything else works fine. He did replace the processor a few months ago. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
