s there any way to recover from am improper shut down from a SCSI Disk Mode session?
I accidently lost power to my 5300cs while connected to my 8600 via SCSI Disk Mode. I tried to un-mount the (offline) Powerbook icon and was forced to restart. Now I can not write to the Powerbook Hard Drive. It will boot to the drive but I keep getting an error "there is a problem with Macintosh HD. Some data may have been lost."
Attempts to reformat the drive/update drivers with HD Set-up, HD Tool Kit fail (because the disk can not be written to).
What can I do to salvage this drive?
