5300c, with a 5300ce logicboard…?

Is it possible to replace the logicboard in 5300c (100Mhz) with a logic board from a 5300ce (117Mhz)? Are there other items that are needed to make this work? I don't have any problems taking apart the case.

I haven't tried it myself, but I've heard it's possible. Both books use the same form factor.
