External battery charger for G4 titanium?

My G4 titanium laptop works fine when running off battery power but will not work, or charge the battery, when running off the power cord. Does anyone know if anyone makes an external battery charger for this model? I'm in Britain where a repair shop wants about $1000 to fix the machine. It strikes me that an external battery charger would be a somewhat cheaper option.

Hi, I just got the powerbook titanium last night and it comes with the same problem. The battery will not charge. I looked for a while for some external chargers and here are some of the links to what i got.

There are a lot of options and i don't quite know what to choose, personally i am going to look for a better deal to arise, maybe on ebay. but this is what i have found so far so hopefully it is of some use to you.
