My Powerbook G-4 Titanium had a fall...flat on it's face and broke both hinges...the wires are exposed where it attaches to the LCD and it was working fine except I had to prop it up...however the screen now fades out like the LCD is going or maybe it's just the wires cause when they shift around the screen changes colors...I want to do the repair my self but I'm not sure if there's something wrong with the inside....any suggestions? I miss my buddy...I'm also a new Mac user so I don't have extensive knowledge about Mac's but since my G-4 I can honestly say I've never felt this way about a computer I miss her dearly and am ready to start selling oranges by the side of the road to raise money for her "hospital" bill Any would help
