Post subject: Superdrive eject problems / Drive now not being seen on bus  Posted: Fri Nov 28, 2003 4:13 pm |

I inserted a cd into my G4 Ti with superdrive and it won't mount or eject. Tryed all tricks to eject with no luck. Upgraded to 10.2.8 with no luck.
System Profiler does not show dvd drive on bus. Am stumped... the drive is spinining and appears to 'rev up' after awakening from sleep mode...
any ideas would be appreciated. thanks

Tried to see if I could see the drive from terminal mode. No luck with df -l Was going to use the DiskUtility to force an eject....
