hi,

even if I'm changing the processor performance from high to reduced or turned around, my pb stops playing any sound. There's no indication, the soundicon still shows 100%, I can press the soundkeys but nothing really helps. The sound came back, when I plugoff my external loudspeakers connected via the earphone connector. I have the 1GHz Titan G4 PB with 1 GB of RAM.
I've searched the Knowledgementbase from Apple but found nothing. :-(

Is that a normal behavior of this Charge of Powerbooks?

Thanks, André

Does it only happen if your powerbook has been on for a while. I use a 1GHZ myself and have the same problem, but only if the unit has been on for a few days (Not a good idea :-) )

Does this apply for sleep mode also?
