This machine has begun to run very very slowly particularly when sending any message from Word.
The only clues are that sometimes, when a messgae has been despatched a window says "a virus has been removed from your message.' and occasionally "error 13"
I have used various freeware to look for a virus (in a Mac???) or trojan. Curiously a trojan was reported but the software offered no method of removing it after "finding" it.
Can you offer any solutions please??
