 Post subject: Severed wire in Right hinge

Hey

I have a dead screen.

The wire that runs through the right hinge is severed. I soldered it once and the screen worked for a month or so.

I'm new to repairing TiBooks. What is the wire and how hard is it to replace?

fwiw, I have replaced iPod batteries, upfraded hard drives & made my Bluetooth headset fit into my motorcycle helmet. I've made a new TiBook replacement hinge out of aluminum and JB Weld.
