Inexplicably and suddenly my return key, hyphen key and backslash key have all stopped working. All other keys are working fine and nothing out of the ordinary happened just before this problem occurred. I tried lifting the keyboard, reseating it ... no help. Any ideas?

Did you spill anything into the keyboard at any time? Most likely you'll need to replace the keyboard. Replacements are available from our online store.
