 Post subject: Need restore or install CD

I bought my ibook last December from someone who didn't have the restore CD. I find that I need it now because my screen is blinking the dreaded ? over an icon. I've tried all the troubleshooting fixes in my books, but am now looking for the restore CD. Is there any way to download it from the Internet. I know I have OS 9, but am not certain if I have an upgrade from there. I know I should have written this down, but it's too late now. Any advice?
