 Post subject: keyboard and trackpad problems

My trackpad on my 500Mhz G3 iBook stopped working a couple of months ago. I'm ok with using a USB mouse. However, now several of the keys on the keyboard have also stopped working including the ESC key. Can this be fixed by replacing the keyboard or is it more likely a logic board problem?
