System Boot

I think I may have pushed the wrong button on the side of my computer with the paper clip. I meant to hit the triangle button to reset the computer but I hit the other one.

Now when I boot I get a screen message that says

"Apple iMac Open Firmware 3.0.f2 built on 04/23/99 at 14:31:03
Copyright Apple Computer 1994-1999 All right reserved

ok

"

I have this prompt and it wants me to type something in. But what??

Anyone have a clue??

type:

reset-all

and than hit return.
