 Post subject: System recovery?!

I bought a used iBook, the previous owner's info is all over it. And I want it cleared off. Is there an internal way to do this like on IBM, or do i need a disk?

This is the info off the computer: 384MB 500MHz Power PC G3 Mac OSX 10.2.3 iBook version=22.15

If I need a disk how much does it cost?

Also how much do the yo yo chargers cost?
