I have a dual USB iBook that was dropped several times. The bezel around the top hinge and the top hinge itself are broken and/or cracked. The top doesnt align with the bottom when it is closed and the top will not stay open unless it is propped up and leaning against something. Other than that it runs and works beautifully! I bought a used display bezel with hinges and cables and I am going to download the take apart manual from this very website. That being said. How hard is this to do?
Thanks.
TC
Download the IBook program from powerbookmedic. Worth the month. Count on a couple of hours and be sure to remember the size of the screws. Follow their directions for a n easier time
