 Post subject: I book ice 500 dies when warmed up

I just got this Ibook on E-bay and It had some issues to start with. First It did not want to power on, then It did ok but later said that It needed to be rebooted, then it would not power on.
I later talked to a friend who is a Ibook guy and he said to let it cool down and then try it. I did and everything worked fine. That is until it got hot again. it seems like when the case gets warm the machine dies. Any clues?
