 Post subject: Wallstreet CPU temperature
PostPosted: Thu Jun 05, 2003 10:18 am
I noticed recently that the fan on my Wallstreet has not come on at all.

The CPU temperature has gone as high as 76 C and ..no fan.

What the the preset temperature at which the fan should come on?

Also, would it help to put some thermal grease on top of the processor?

Thanks

The fan on the Wallstreet really doesn't come on unless your machine is on fire. You shouldn't get too worried though, the machines run hot. Thermal grese may help some, but not much.
