 Post subject: pcmcia power failure

I was happily using a usb pcmcia card for floppy and usb flash (transcend) but suddenly the pcmcia card mounts but there is no power to the floppy or usb flash card. I have tested the pcmcia card on another computer and it is fine. How do I retore the "power through pcmcia" function. Thanks -Paul W
