 Post subject: processor speed on osx10.2

I recently installed a new hard drie in my wallstreet and installed osx10.2 When I went to "about this mac" it tells me that my processor is G3 266mhtz as opposed to theG3 400 mghz that it came with. The speed seems fine but this is confusing.
