my 233 mghz wallstreet,when i press the power button,i hear the normal start up sounds,then it just keeps trying to access hard drive over and over.same thing when i try to boot from a cd.when it trys to access hard drive i hear the normal hard drive click then it almost sounds like it powers off the right back on and repeats the preboot,i get no display at all during this.help
