thermal sticky stuff question

I have Wallstreet that I have had to exchange the original processor board/Sonnet board quite a few times. There is a white sticky pad that is attached to the heatsink that helps conduct the heat away from the CPU. The problem is that the pad is starting to fall apart and some parts of the pad are missing. Is the thermal pad available as a part? or how do I go about repairing. I want to ensure that maximum heat is drawn away from the CPU.

The pad is not available as a part. You could try some thermal grease if your unit is getting too hot. We sell thermal grease at the link below:
