Hi' I have a iMac G5 Desktop that you can hear that its on and also you can see the little white lite on in front of the face , when its turn on. but I get no screen on at all, no picture nothing happens at the screen its dead , I can hear that something speeds inside , probably the fans or not sure. can you give some advice please
it sounds like it is most likely a video chipset that has gone bad. you'll probably want to take it somewhere or send it off to get professionally diagnosed.
