I enjoy using a G3 333mhz Bronze Lombard, but I'm looking to answer a couple issues.

Seems to me my batteries are having a real problem keeping a charge under OS 10.2. Didn't have as much of a problem under 9.2.

I just purchased a new Sound / Power Board from Powerbookmedic since I knew I had a problem with that; should I be thinking my Power Management board is bad or as has been suggested on the Apple boards it is a problem with the OS?

Thanks!

OS X does not run well under the Lombards. The 333mhz processors are plagued by problems as are a batch of the 400mhz processors. I haven't heard of the OS causing battery problems though. If the battery is recognized by the computer, then that indicates that your internal components should be operating correctly. The problem is most likely the battery itself. I'd try purchasing a new battery before attempting anything else.
