Post subject:  Soldering #1 connector on logic board

I have an old iphone 3gs, with the #1 connector on the motherboard missing. Normally it would be straight forward to solder a new connector on to it, however if you look at the attached photo you'll notice that some of the connection points are missing.

I'm more of a software guy than a electronics engineer, so this kind of repair is new to me. What is needed to be done to get the solder connection points back on the board?

I realize this may be more of a general pcb repair question, but I've been searching and I guess I just don't know exactly what to search for to the correct answer.

Any help from you hardware guys would be greatly appreciated

It wouldn't be feasible at that point to get it repaired. I'd just replace it.
